As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be leading and coordinating projects focused on establishing our supply chain process and methods that allows the most efficient movement of products.  You will be managing all aspects of the contract management lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding new business partners and suppliers to evaluating performance and renewals. You are not only an expert at supply chain, planning and sourcing, when it comes to continuous improvement you have a keen eye to spot inefficiencies and drive improvement.


  • Ensures that materials, services and equipment required for our operations are available for manufacture in accordance with contracted quality, schedule and cost limits.

  • Develop and grow a supplier community that helps meet our business objectives for development and innovation, speed, and quality

  • Establish and the lead our strategic sourcing strategy including negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with all suppliers

  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, establish and implement best practices that ensure continuous improvement of supply chain, balancing supply of products with inventory levels and transportation costs.

  • Stays abreast of supply market trends, supplier economics, and best practices in sourcing and contract management.

  • Ensure the logistics functions operate efficiently and effectively in the moving of cannabis to, from and within our facility.

  • Create on-going key performance indicators and targets to track cost, schedule, quality and overall performance of the Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

We already know you are passionate about logistics, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You are great at the following:

  • You have ideally completed a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business

  • Well seasoned in supply chain, operations, sourcing or logistics

  • SCMP, P.Log certification or other SCM certification is an asset

  • Expert in MS Office, ERP, WMS, IMS, TMS, Planning software

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively initiate and maintain strongly influential business relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Able to lead through influence, utilize business acumen to determine best course of action and trade-offs, utilize excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate decisions and resolve conflicts.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance.
