Here is where you come in as Production Planner. You’ll be an expert with coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments, according to daily and weekly production schedules.


  • Create work orders for manufactured assemblies per sales order or production schedule.

  • Identify problems and help improve processes.

  • Ensure that company deadlines are met.

  • Gather inputs from key project stakeholders.

  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

  • Monitor production status to ensure they will finish on time.

  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

  • Work with production management, purchasing and floor personnel to keep things on track.

  • Work with the different departments in identifying shortages and making sure parts arrive on time.

  • Notify affected parties for the impact of a delay that might affect schedule.

We already know you are passionate about planning, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You’re good at the following:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in production planner role.

  • In depth knowledge of project planning & scheduling concepts, terminology and methodologies.

  • Proven capacity to create and maintain complex schedules.

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to organize, track and multitask

  • Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.

  • Self-directed with a sense of urgency.

  • Self-starter and a team player.
